Refund policy
Our policy lasts 5 days from the delivery date.
Most of our jewelry items are made with care, and we want you to love your purchase.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, please contact us within 5 days – we’ll make it right.
Eligibility for a refund or replacement (damage / defect cases):
· Item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with tags.
· Proof of purchase (order number) and clear photo evidence required.
Changed your mind or picked the wrong size?
We understand that happens. While we cannot offer a refund for personal reasons (e.g., change of mind, wrong size), we can help with:
· One-time exchange for a different size (buyer pays return shipping).
· Store credit for the full amount, valid for 12 months.
To start an exchange or store credit request, just reach out within 5 days of delivery.
Non-returnable items (no refund or exchange):
· Final sale items (clearly marked).
· Gift cards.
Damages & Issues:
Please inspect your order upon reception.
If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 5 days with clear photos of the item and the shipping label. We will verify and offer a replacement or a full refund.
Refunds (for damage / defect cases only):
Once approved, you will be notified. A refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
