30-Day Happiness Guarantee
You may request a return or exchange within 30 days of delivery.
Items must be:
• Unworn and unused
• Undamaged
• In original packaging
Please contact our support team before sending any item back. We will provide the best solution, which may include a replacement, store credit, or return instructions.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective:
• Personalized or engraved jewelry
• Final sale items
• Gift wrapping or promotional gifts
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos.
We will provide a free replacement or a full refund.
Refunds
Once approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item was damaged or incorrect.
