Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1โ3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been processed.

Shipping Time

Total delivery time = processing time + shipping time.
Shipping time depends on the location of the warehouse that fulfills your order. We partner with multiple warehouses in different regions. As a result, delivery estimates may vary by product.
- For most products: **2โ7 business days** after processing
- Some products: **5โ10 business days** after processing
- A very small number of special-case products: **6โ13 business days** after processing
You can find the estimated delivery timeframe for each specific product on its product page or at checkout. If you order multiple items with different shipping estimates, they may arrive separately.
Please note that all delivery times are estimates only. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, customs clearance, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Tracking

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders lost, delayed, or returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. Lost or Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after the carrier marks the package as "delivered". If your tracking shows "delivered" but you have not received your order, please contact the carrier directly. We will assist you as reasonably possible, but we cannot issue a refund or replacement for packages confirmed delivered.

Order Cancellations

You may request to cancel your order within 6 hours of placing it. After that, the order may have already been processed and cannot be canceled. To request a cancellation, please email us as soon as possible.
